Customer B uses account B to put data on assorted web sites they own.
Customer B is the parent company of Customer A. So either Customer A
or Customer B is using account B to put data on Website A.
This is, apparantly, my fault.
So today I get to sit in a meeting with Company Lawyer, Junior Account
Mangler, and Finance Dept Flunkie to explain why Website A has our data
when Account A has been turned off.
I know that "synergy" is a fancy word for "the whole is greater than the
sum of its parts". Is there a similarly fancy word for "this part is
greater than the sum of the other parts"?
I mean, other than "SysAdmin"?

Does it boil down to "You told us to give account B access to Website A.
Customer B is using this access." ?

The Management is greater than the sum of its prats?
