My PFY (literally) asked me today about what I thought was the best way
to align a spreadsheet he's making, of servers and their memory/disk/load/
usage characteristics. Which should go across the top and which should
go down the side? I asked him which he had more of -- did he have more
servers or did he have more categories? He said he had more servers.
I said that should be the vertical axis. I told him the spreadsheet
would be easier to read if it scrolled.....

...down, not across.

Then I had to explain why I couldn't say those last three words
without laughing hysterically.

Which one of you or your PFY is both:
-not fluent in English (to the point of not understanding Bash)
-green enough not to know this one already (regardless
of the language)
?
?
?

I call your pitiful bluff.
