Are there any BOFH fans out there? I would love to hear from any. I think it
is the funniest series. Check out the latest installment at The Register

Paul, would you care to elaborate on any real life experiences?

Anyway, what makes the BOFH so funny is that it is so accurate - from the bosses
stupidity to the hardware "accidents".

Yep, real-life. If I only dared to use a real BOfH's methods.

*sigh*

Only *some* places? Ah well, I suppose if you're a freshly minted
green PFY, haven't worked at a statistically significant sample of
organizations, and haven't yet been introduced to anyone in marketing,
your view of the world might be limited enough to bring about such
bet-hedging.

Those of us who've been in the workforce a bit longer might beg to
differ.

I'd say more, but I've got a project mangler who's in sore need of
some disappointment right now...

Sure enough!

I once had an interviewer ask me if I was a BOFH. He didn't get it... he
thought some sysadmins actually acted like the BOFH. Hehe.
