Being the BOFH that I am, I have written and released an Open Source
Linux Systems Administration Application, called Open Adminware to do
my job for me so that I can sit back and watch Queer Eye for the
Straight Guy all day long.
It's written in Perl/Tk, so it has a nice interface and is mouse
driven. You can download it and use it for free at
www.linuxadminware.com
It automates pretty much everything involved in Linux Systems
Administration. If you find a sysadmin task that it does not perform,
then please E-Mail your suggestion to me at
martin....@linuxadminware.com and I will be happy to add your
suggestion to the Application.

While I think that your choices in TV shows may be due to exaggerated
disillusions or extreme boredom, this isn't the main purpose here...
