The following is for the ICL Perq 3 (68020 based), sometimes known as Perq 3A.
This is mostly derived from photographs kindly taken by Josh Dersch - thanks Josh!
The boards that Josh have are development (not pre-production) boards as seen by the number of wires on them.
This does not affect the component lists.

1. List of the major components on the Perq 3 Processor board (board name K196):

Processor board notes:
a) PERQ 3 CPU Technical Description can be found at: http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~pmaydell/PERQ/cpu_tech.txt
b) EDH84H16 SRAM hybrid from Electronic Designs Inc consists of 4x Fujitsu 81c67-35.
It's datasheet is at: https://www.datasheets360.com/pdf/-3629218545436053332?query=edh84h16&pqid=113998024
c) Some development boards had 12MHz 68020, 68881 and crystal, but all pre-production boards had 16MHz devices.
d) Some development boards had Inmos IMS1423S35 SRAM instead of MB81C68-35 SRAM.
e) Board size 12" x 18".
f) 68020, 68881 and 68450 Pin Grid Array (PGA) devices were fitted in sockets on all boards.
g) There was a board modification which required a 68450 PGA pin to be isolated from an inner layer track (trace).
Depending on the bare board (fab) this modification was done in three different ways.
For existing boards before the mod came out: an additional socket was added under the 68450 with a pin removed to enable a "pin lift".
First batch of boards after the mod came out: the board artwork was modified to remove the inner layer track before the bare boards were manufactured. These boards were identified by adding a "+" symbol after the board name (K196).
New boards after the mod came out: CAD files were updated to include the mod.

2. List of the major components on the Perq 3 Memory board:

81257-12 256K x1 DRAM with nibble mode (quantity 72)
TMS4161-15 64K x 1 VIDEO DRAM (quantity 32)
MB8264A-12 64K x 1 DRAM (quantity 4)
MB81C68-35 4K x 4 SRAM (quantity 4)
AM27S185 2K x 4 PROM
AM2966 Octal dynamic memory driver (quantity 7)
N82S153 Field programmable logic array (quantity 2)
MC4044 Phase frequency detector
MC1648 Voltage controlled oscillator
PALs and TTL 74xxx
ECL 10Hxxx (quantity 18)

Memory board notes:
a) 64K x 1 DRAM were MB8264A-12 or D4164C-12.
b) Board size 11" x 15".
