I did look them up and called them - their reply was a bit surprising!
The person that I spoke with said that the unit was "obsolete",
"discontinued" and "no longer supported" and that when they moved several
years ago they discarded all manuals and materials related to the WBC-3000.
The model is still on their website and for a company that seems to
specialize in extending the life of old and obsolete systems (i.e. a
substitute for RK05, RK06/7, RL01/2), to throw out the documentation and
stop supporting the product seems to be not in the best interests of the
company or their customers?
Anyway - I found the jumper for 12/16 bit sectoring so I should be able to
at least set it up and try to make it work, but I am sure there are many
features or tid-bits of other information that would prove to be very
usefull so if anyone can come up with manuals or send leads of where I might
look or call, it would be greatly appreaciated.
