In addition to VMS, you should ensure that your FTP client code works with
TOPS-20 FTP servers. FTP Software Inc., for example, broke their TOPS-20
client code (tried to made TOPS-20 diectory specifications look like VMS),
then insisted that we (XKL, my PPOE) change TOPS-20 to look like VMS. When,
after a long series of discussions on why that was never going to happen,
we told them that they were being idiots, they pulled all TOPS-20 support out
of their previously very good product.

This is an XKL Toad-1 system running TOPS-20 v7.1 and the Stanford University
FTP server. (We can arrange for other server daemons as you need them for
testing.)
