Inspiron 1545 -> TV output

I want to hook up my Inspiron 1545 to an HDTV (HDMI or composite
video). Is this possible? If so, what is the cheapest way to do this?

the 1545 gets a poor review for its lack of connectivity in that 1/4.

but I am not sure about this widget...USB in HDMI out to TV.
