Dell - Western Digital Dashboard

I have a new Dell Windows 11 desktop that came with a Western Digital 512
GB SDD, on SATA1, and WD Dashboard. The SSD shows up fine on the
Dashboard.
I added a WD Blue 10EZEX-08WN4A0 HDD, internally, to SATA0. I cloned the
OEM SDD to this Blue HDD.
The HDD shows up in Disk Management and File Explorer, but not on the
Dashboard.
I do seem to remember that the Blue HDD did appear after initialization,
but not after cloning. But, I don't remember.
Anyone know what's up?
