I've found a website offering new in box
computers for about 10% of what they're worth.
They have been " carded " and the disclaimer says
that you must be aware of what " carded goods "
are. I'm not. Can anyone tell me ?

Usually carded means stolen.

Usually "carded goods" have been purchased with a stolen credit card number.
Understand that most of these webpages are scams, designed to get people to
send them money, and send them nothing in return. Actual carding is becoming
more and more difficult with many vendors checking on purchases, verifying
addresses v/ shpping address, etc.

The main problem is that if you send money to these people, and they don't
deliver. What are you going to do? Walk up to the police and say "I was a
victim of mail fraud while trying to purchase stolen goods???!"

They laugh and say you got what you deserved. Nothing.
