The machine is a Dell XPS 8950, running

Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 22H2
Installed on ?9/?22/?2022
OS build 22621.1105

The machine came with a SamSung 500 GB SSD (Disk 1).

I added a Western Digital 1 TB HDD (Disk 0). I cloned Disk 1 to this Disk
0.

I want to change the boot order to boot from Disk 0, but it doesnt' show up
in the F12 Boot Menu.

I've read that I have to disable Secure Boot if running UEFI and then I'll
be able to add other boot devices to the list that will appear when using
F12.

When I go to disable Secure Boot, I get an ominous message saying that I
may not be able to start my pc and may have to reinstall Windows?

Is this true if I follow all directions?

This article says one may need to reinstall the OS, or set back to
factory if hardware or software is installed. I don't plan to add
anything.
