It happens occasionally. Usually there is some sort of
explanation, but I've
had several and lo and behold the stuff showed up several
days later. Dells
tacking system is not real reliable.

Might not be the hardware/warehouse end of things. I had a hold up a
couple of years ago and Dell had a problem with my CR card (address
mismatched IIRC).
