Hello everybody!
Does anyone in here own a Latitude C800? If yes, would you be so kind as to
share your opinions on that system with me, as i can´t really decide wether
to get an I8k or go with the latitude series instead. My needs are very
varied, but 3D gaming is one of them. Does the C800 come with the 32MB ATI
card that the I8k comes with? Is the basic construction of the C800 more
solid than the I8k? I hope someone has the time to share his or her opinions
with a prospectual Dell laptop owner who wants the best system possible. I
want the following config: 850 Mhz PIII 256 MB Ram, 20GB HDD DVDX8, CD-RW
(modular), 32MB ATI M-4 4XAGP, 10/100 combo, W2K. Thank you, your input is
greatly apprieciated. Dave from Denmark.

everything is identical between the two systems apart from the design on the
outside (the casing)

and the ability to DOCK to latitude docks (cport/cdock)

the casing on the latitude is far nicer (imho)

cheers

You can't get (in the US, at least) UXGA on the C800.
