Hi

My ISP changed the way that new newsgroups are announced. It used to be that
only truly new newsgroups were sent to Thor when Thor did its thing. Now the
same list is sent over and over again. I end up with a huge mostly redundant
list of newsgroups after a while.

So, is there a switch I could change to change this behaviour?
