I'm pretty sure they are, I bought an upgrade for my E100 around 8 or 9
months ago. I don't know if they still do AM-1000 repairs though. My own
AM-1x00's need a bit of TLC too, but my E300 is still up and serving.

I'm not sure - I can't access they're web site either (I was looking
to download a couple of PDF manuals).
I tried from various sites, in Australia and in the USA, and couldn't
get any further than DSLExtreme.com when I tracerouted from anywhere.
DSL Extreme seems to be an ISP, and their website shows no issues in
their network status, so I'd guess Alpha's website is no longer
accessible.
The DNS entries are still there though.
If anyone has a contact email address for Alpha, they could try
emailing them to check.

It works today. BBS link doesn't work but that hasn't worked for a
while. Microsabio's BBS works and I know there are folks there who have
stocks of used equipment that might be able to help.

And make the damn things run.

http://www.amos-online.com/amphtm/home.htm seems to be working fine. I do
know they power down the AM-8000 after hours, so if you're connecting from
Australia, that might be the problem.
