I have an Alpha Microsystems Eagle100 system (AMOS ver 2.3a) that I was upgrading by adding a second hard disk. I was going to mirror the system for safety. I have a copy of my dsk0: on a streaming tape that is not bootable.

I was using sysact on the second drive(win0:), or so I thought and inadvertently deleted my mfd on dsk0:

I now need to find someone with a similar system to create a bootable streaming tape (Tanberg TDC 3800 scsi2 QIC 525 [625dvr.dvr]). OR

A bootable used hard disk leftover from a compatible system. OR

A used system around the same era.

I would be ecstatic to provide the funds which would solve my problem

Since that time I now have my system back up and running again. If there are any other active Alpha Microsystems out there I would love to hear from you.
