The US and Israel have reached an agreement allowing 300,000 150MM
shells to go to Ukraine. Most of them have shipped already.
Netherlands is sending another Patriot system to Ukraine.
Vladimir Putin in 1999 on Chechen fighters blowing up Russian
apartment buildings: "A person in their sound mind can never dare to
commit such crimes. Blow up a building with people alive. Innocent
people. At night. Absolutely, I can't wrap my head around it,
unbelievable . . . unbelievable. It is inhumane cruelty. We simply
have to understand that we must oppose this with . . . we can only
oppose this with force." Tanks are on the way Mr Pootin'.

So much for using energy as a weapon. Russian oil exports are down
nearly 25% last week compared to the previous week and record
discounts for the Russian benchmark Urals grade saw Russian oil
revenues slip by $3 billion in one month to $12.6 billion in December,
per the IEA estimates.
" Russian oil shipments plunged by 820,000 bpd last week.
Total Russian seaborne crude oil exports stood at 2.98 million
bpd.
Russian revenues from oil, albeit still massive, have declined in
recent weeks, according to various estimates."
<
https://oilprice.com/Energy/Crude-Oil/Russian-Oil-Exports-Plunged-By-820000-Bpd-Last-Week.html>
This works out to a rate of about 240B a year in oil sales. Not
enough to fund the government and economy, let alone the war. Russian
oil is trading for less than he G7 price cap of $60 per bbl. The EU
has banned seaborne imports of Russian diesel, naphtha and other
fuels. Moscow will have to find alternate markets for those products
or stop refining them. Record discounts for the Russian benchmark
Urals grade saw Russian oil revenues slip by $3 billion in one month
to $12.6 billion in December, per the IEA estimates.
Pootin' is sooooooo fucked . . .
"HOW FUCKED IS HE?" He's bareback, no lube fucked.
Urals grade oil prices have dropped *below* the EU cap and Russian gas
exports have stalled. Reduced energy demand due to a warm winter in
the northern hemisphere relative to more pumping that nobody will
admit to is leaving Russia with a shrinking income base and nobody
seems to miss the energy it once produced in abundance.
More than 70 countries and institutions have pledged over 1 billion
euros to help Ukrainians through the winter amid the Kremlin’s ongoing
military attacks on civilian infrastructure, including the electricity
grid.

The Pootin' fucking continues . . .
Denmark just announced they're sending ALL of their CAESAR self
propelled howitzers to Ukraine. A popular meme on Danish social media
is an image of Danish national hero Neils Ebbesen labeled, "Ukraine
needs us".
Finland has approved a new aid package worth $438M.
The Netherlands offered to send F-16s. The US said it will not oppose
the transfer. The Dutch also will send Patriot missile systems and
if Germany approves, will purchase new German Leopards for Ukraine as
well. The list of aid from the Netherlands is long indeed and quite
an investment from a country smaller than West Virginia.
Three days ago the US announced an additional $2.5B in equipment
including Bradley fighting vehicles, 90 Stryker Armored vehicles, 8
Avenger SAMs, 350 Humvees, 53 mine resistant vehicles, 590 TOW
anti-tank missiles, 600 M982 Ecalibur shells and more HIMARS ammo,
20,000 155mm artillery rounds, 600 precision guided artillery rounds,
11,800 120 mm mortar rounds, 12 ammunition support vehicles, 6 command
post vehicles, 22 tactical vehicles to tow weapons, high-speed
Anti-radiation missiles (HARMS), 2,000 anti-armor rockets and more.
The UK is sending 12 Challenger tanks. The list of equipment,
weapons, ammo and cash aid from Great Britain is just too long to read
let alone type out.
UN WFP, the World Food Program USA is soliciting donations for food
for Ukraine.

If you support Ukraine, put your money where your mouth is. $25 is
about half a tank of gas but will feed a lot of people in Ukraine who
don't have grocery stores to shop at anymore.
And still more lubeless Pootin' fucking . . . this time from his
*cough* "friends".
Russia’s Counterpart To NATO, the CSTO, Is On The Brink Of Collapse
"The Collective Security Treaty Organization, better known by its
initials, CSTO—or by Moscow’s aspiration that it should be an equal
counterpart to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO)—is now on
the brink of collapse, yet another case of the collateral damage
Russia has suffered in the post-Soviet space from President Vladimir
Putin’s disastrous war against Ukraine. When the CSTO was created in
1992, Russia and five other post-Soviet states were members; a year
later, it had grown to nine. But in the intervening years, it
contracted to six. Now it is becoming more clear that, by next year,
the CSTO, which Moscow had placed so much hope in, will most likely be
reduced to only three: Russia, Belarus and Tajikistan. Moreover, after
Tajikistani President Emomali Rahmon’s attack on Putin at the Tashkent
summit of regional leaders earlier this month, it is entirely possible
that this much-ballyhooed military alliance will be left with only two
members (Centralasia.media, October 14)."
<

Russia and Belarus are the only CSTO members that support Putin's war
and at least one member is actively supporting Ukraine.
As near as makes no difference to a world war already.
Argentina has deployed the "White Helmets" aid group to the
Polish-Ukrainian border. The govt has sent 1,700 tons of foodstuffs
and other supplies while the city of Buenos Aires has annourced it's
own aid package.
Australia has sent $300m including 70,000 tons of coal, artillery,
loitering munitions, small arms and more.
Azerbaijan, in addition to it's massive giving of humanitarian aid has
also granted free fuel to state vehicles at it's SOCAR filling
stations in Ukraine.
Belgium has contributed heavily including anti tank weapons, heavy
mortars, trucks, 200 M72 LAWS anti tank missiles, ammunition and
equipment from generators to sleeping bags.
Brazil has sent food and water purifiers.
Bulgaria has sent artillery shells, fuel, clothes, shoes, tents,
sheets, blankets and tech support for military equipment repair.
Cambodia is training deminers.
China is playing it cagey but is providing about $2.5m in humanitarian
aid as well as reselling gas to Europe.
Columbia is also sending deminers to train Ukrainian troops as well as
armaments. Diesel and gasoline, MIG-29 spare parts, mobile
Lithuania freeing up the crowdfund cash for other aid. Anti drone
jammers, air defense, towed artillery, vehicles and helicopters and a
Magyla 700 intel drone system including a data center for intel
analysis and flight management among other things.
Luxembourg has sent quite a list of weapons and assorted equipment
including generatiors, MREs and Artec 3D scanners for evaluating
Russian war crimes.
Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegra and Mongolia have all sent
humanitarian aid. Moldova is an "observer" member of Russia's
EU/NAFTA clone, the Eurasian Economic Union.
The Netherlands list is long and lethal. Harpoon anti ship missiles
(the Ukrainian Navy has put them to good use :) as Putin has learned
to his sorrow), air defense, tanks, artillery, Stingers, radars; it's
quite a list. They're also looking to purchase Leopards from Germany
to send to Ukraine
New Zealand sent trainers to the UK to train UA troops on L119 Light
Gun Howitzers. There's quite a list of lethal and non lethal
equipment as well.
North Macedonia has sent 8 T72A tanks and 4 Su-25 ground attack jets.
Norway, SAMs, air defense, coastal defence, anti tank weapons and
assorted other lethal and non lethal military gear.
Pakistan has sent ammo.
Polish aid has been very heavy and is expected to reach at least 0.6%
GDP by the end of this year. Its offered its airfields as
distribution hubs and most weapons transfers are through Poland. The
list of donated equipment is definitely TL;DR. Clearly the Poles
detest Moscow!
Portugal has sent a long list of weapons and non lethal gear and has
announced sending 2 Leopards. The Portugese have been very publicly
supportive and have an open ended offer to Zelensky to provide
whatever he needs that Portugal has to offer including beds in
Portugal's military hospital.
Qatar, like so many of the small oil states is sending a few million
in humanitarian aid.
Romania's contributions have been mostly non lethal including food and
medicine. They also donated 11 ambulances, are hosting up to 500,000
refugees and are offering medical services for UA soldiers in its
military hospitals.
San Marino (a tiny principality in eastern Italy the size of a small
town, has sent humanitarian aid.
The Saudis have coughed up over $400m in humanitarian aid.
Serbia has donated 3M euro for children and displaced persons.
Singapore has sent $7M in medical support and will send nine
ambulances, two fire engines, fire fighting gear, mine detectors and
medical supplies
Slovakia is supplying a lot of fuel, ammunition, thousands of rockets,
air defense, S-300s, BVP-1 armored fighting vehicles and much more.
Slovenia is sending rifles, tanks and BVPs.
Is it just me or is the former Soviet Bloc contributing VERY heavily?
;)
South Korea is helping in any number of ways from weapons to jobs and
support for Ukrainian refugees. Also food, humanitarian aid, LNG, non
lethal gear and medical supplies.
Spain is sending weapons and medical supplies including howitzers,
HAWK air defence and anti-tank grenade launchers.
Sudan is sending ammo and mortars.
Sweden is another very heavy supporter of Ukraine with weapons and
medical supplies as well as being a major training site for UA
soldiers.
Switzerland's largesse is mostly humanitarian aid including food,
fuel, energy and medical supplies.
Taiwan is spending $56m including VTOL unmanned aerial vehicles,
medical supplies and AR-15 rifle parts.
Turkey is another country sending a long laundry list of lethal and
non lethal military gear, as well as supplying Bayraktar drones under
contract, building two corvettes for the Ukrainian navy and
modernizing Ukrainian helicopters with laser guidance and air to
surface systems (ASMs).
UAE is sending humanitarian aid including medical supplies.
The UK, like France, Germany, the US and Sweden, is, of course a top
contributor and the promise of Challengers is the talk of the town.
Great Britain also led the way in training UA soldiers in partnership
with Sweden, Denmark and other European nations. A massively long
list including more than 3 billion pounds in export financing, half a
billion in cash directly for government services, and a list of
weaponry, cash, medical supplies and non lethal military and non
military equipment. The UK has provided alot of generators as well as
guaranteeing $1B in loan guarantees through the World Bank. Tens of
thousands of artillery shells, hundreds of drones, thousands of anti
tank weapons, tens of thousands of rounds for Ukraine's Soviet era
artillery. The list of support from the UK seems not to end! The
Brits, I'm sure are feeling rather guilty for their sucking up to
Russian oligarchs investing in the UK economy! :)
The United States. We don't even need to go into details of the tens
of billions we're investing in Russian destruction. Putin stuck his
nose in our elections in 2016 and we've already spent more than
Russia's total annual defense budget helping Ukraine manufacture dead
Russians.
Uzbekistan is another nation bound to Russia through it's "observer"
membership in the EEU and has sent quite a bit of humanitarian aid.
The Vatican has sent As of March 2022, two Cardinals to Ukraine to
provide "material and spiritual support" to the Ukrainian people. And
medical supplies. That's more than the Orthodox Church has sent.
Even Vietnam! it's half a mil in humanitarian aid, not a lot but hey,
it's the thought that counts.
Yeah, Putin is fucked up the ass, raw, with no lube.
I only feel for the many, many Ukrainian men who won't be a part of
siring Ukraine's next generation. Clearly the govt there will have to
adopt some sort of 'make lots of babies' policy even if that means
state sanctioned concubinage or polygamy just to recover their
population.
If I won the big lotto tomorrow, I'd be happy to invest heavily in the
reconstruction of a free Ukraine after the war.

Russkie military technology is shit. They have this fascinating
belief that bigger is always better probably due to their tiny
penises. Bigger bombs. Bigger apartment blocks. Bigger bombers.
Bigger GUNS.
The Russian Gun That Kept Destroying Its Own Aircraft
"The only planes the GSH-6-30 ever shot down were the planes that were
firing it."
After the GSH-6-30's recoil damaged the forward landing gear on one
plane so it wouldn't deploy, "Thanks to the pilot's moral and
political training he was able to land without significant damage to
the plane." The next pilot that happened to was not as lucky.
"There were muliple occasions when firing the GSH-6-30 knocked out
navigation and communications equipment." The gun recoil cracked the
radio internally.
"The recoil broke the canopy locks and the rushing air tore it off the
plane."
"After firing the gun the plane's instrument panel fell onto the
pilot's lap when he tried to climb."
"The shattering of the landing lights after firing the gun was so
common that replacing them with plastic lights became a standard pre
flight procedure."
The MIG 27, far from being a flying death machine went down in history
as the only aircaft to regularly shoot itself down with its own gun.
"Fortunately, the MIG 27 never went up against NATO as it was intended
to."

Russian ejector seats fire with the plane on the ground.
AFP Last Updated: Mar 23, 2021, 05:35 PM IST
Three military pilots died in Russia on Tuesday when ejection seats of
their Tu-22 strategic bomber malfunctioned, the Russian defence
ministry said.
"An ejection system malfunctioned during a planned preparation on the
ground for a Tu-22M3 flight at an airfield in the Kaluga region," the
defence ministry said.
Three crew members received fatal injuries due to the "insufficient
height to deploy parachutes," the defence ministry said in a statement
carried by Russian news agencies.

Russian military technology is shit.
When The Soviets Tested The Captured F-5 vs MiG-21
The Air Force left a couple dozen planes at a base in Vietnam during
the evacuation including several F-5s. In 1975, these were sent to
Russia for inspection and the Soviets decided to test them against
their similar MIG-21s.
On the first test, the Russian runway was so pitted, grooved and
potholed it actually damaged the front landing gear of the F-5 and it
almost crashed before it could leave the ground. They fixed the
problem.
Despite the clear superiority of the MIG 21 in top speed, thrust to
weight ratio, rate of climb, and other parameters, in every battle
test against the F-5, the MIG lost. The Soviets' chief test pilot
said, "The very first flight showed it was senseless to compete
against it." The test pilots also much preferred the controls layout
and comfort of the F-5.
Then somebody got the bright idea of testing the F-5 (c. 1961) against
the MIG-23 (c. 1969), a next generation fighter, and the Russian
planes STILL lost.
The F-5 was so light and maneuverable and could handle such high
g-forces that it could get behind the MIG and attack before the MIG
could successfully counter the move. At G-6 the F-5 could hold a
target in its reticule, the MIGs 21 and 23 lost target after G-3.
Even though the MIG-23 was advantaged by its speed, over-the-horizon
radar and longer range missiles it still couldn't take on the earlier
generation, slower, more lightly armed F-5. The test pilots noted
that because the MIG faster, the MIG-23 could escape if the battle
turned ugly.
After this, the test pilots were accused of propagandizing for the
west and the test results were ordered to be kept secret.
When Ethiopia, equipped with F-5s fought Somalia, equipped with MIG
21s, the F-5s confirmed 9 MIGS shot down but not a single F-5 was
lost.
Ultimately, a number of F-5 features, including the cockpit layout,
found their way onto the next generation MIG 25 - two generations
beyond the F-5.

You couldn't make this shit up if you tried . . .
The Soviet Fighter That Couldn’t Shoot Its Guns (MIG-9 history)
"On April 24th , 1946, the only existing prototype of the MIG-9 was
supposed to make a demonstration flight for the newly appointed
management of the Aviation Ministry and Soviet Air Force since the
previous management had recently been arrested and sent to gulag for
providing the Soviet air force with poor quality planes during the
war."
An early design change had been to move the engines from under the
wings into the fuselage to increase top speed. Good idea! The air
intake was in the nose and the underslung 23 caliber cannon was
replaced with a 57 caliber mounted in the center of the air intake,
again, to reduce drag. My first thought was, "The gun's smoke is
going to get sucked into the engines."
During the demonstration, the pilot disregarded orders and tried some
high G maneuvers. The MIG-9 disintegrated in mid air and crashed,
killing the pilot.
"After the crash it was clear the MIG's airframe needed significant
reinforcement but the worst situation was with the fighter's armament.
Whenever the MIG's guns were fired, its engines flamed out."
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
But the Soviet leadership decided "that was fine" and ordered 15 more
planes for the next Soviet Air Force Day parade. Mikoyan was given 40
days to manufacture them. They were of poor quality and many were
missing engines and avionics due to delivery delays to the plant. One
plane broke in two when being rolled out of the factory.
Soviet leadership decided "that was fine" and ordered 48 more. But
because the main cannon were not delivered to the factory on time, all
these planes were delivered to their Air Force bases with dummy guns.
The MIGs sat unused at their bases with no main guns installed. The
pilots were sitting around doing nothing, couldn't even practice
flying the USSR's first jet fighter due to not having been issued
boots yet. As a result, the MIGs, sitting outside and uncovered,
began to suffer weather damage including engine rust because nobody
had thought to cover their air intakes. The remaining flyable ones
eventually had their main guns installed but even after all that time,
they still couldn't use their main cannon at certain speeds/altitudes.
Later, Soviet leadership blamed the *Air Force* for the whole mess
because "they had required new plane delivery without proper design
and testing." Eventually the MIG-9s were gifted to China but the
Chinese wouldn't fly them either.
