Look ... the kiddies see No Future ... so it all becomes
Mad Max, 'animal'. The State is SO bound by Wokie and other
protocols/paperwork/biases that it cannot respond properly
to vicious kiddies anymore - but WILL cannibalize its own
to deflect blame until it finally runs out of underlings
to blame. At this point, nobody should become one of those
underlings - it's suicide.

The kiddies are un-socialized and apparently can NOT be
'socialized' any more. There has to be some kind of
PROMISE in sticking to the rules of civ ... but the
promise now rings hollow. Authoritarianism might delay
the worst, but will make it worse when it DOES come.

So guess, or look, where this leads.

Rome didn't fall in a day. It rotted. "The Cause" faded
away and structure/order/dedication faded. This has been
the fate of MANY high-civs across history. Pure arrogance
to imagine WE came up with the Perfect Solution.

(Clue, AIN'T no "perfect solution". Dealing with people
is like trying to herd cats)
