When turning the SDR33 on after 8 months storage, the back up
batteries were dead. I changed the batteries and turned the SDR on.
Everything seemed ok, except from the feature code library missing. I
collected data in the field with the totalstation (Set 500) and the
datalogger, and then connected the SDR to the computer to start the
transfer of data. I use ProLink to transfer data, and it has always
worked so far. But now I got the following message in ProLink: "File
error. Bad file number" when I start transferring the data. The data
looks fine on the SDR, and I cannot figure out what the error is. The
manual for ProLink does not explain this particular error message. I
have tried a cold boot on the SDR, but I still get the same error.
I sincerely hope somebody can help me - I am getting desperate!
