I would like some feedback of the pro's and con's of these two instruments.
Especially regarding wet weather conditions, vertical errors, and overall
durability.
For instance, as far as wet weather conditions are concerned Topcon's 211
(5"), 212 (6") and 213 (10") offer IPX-6 protection (ie driven rain) where
Sokkia's Set 5W offers IPX-7 (instrument can be sub-merged under water).
