Online Survey for Business Student

Hello, my name is Joshua and I am a student at Cal State University
Long Beach. I am currently working on an honors thesis dealing with
the downloading of pirated materials via the internet. I am trying to
collect as many samples as possible to get my sample size up. Even if
you have never downloaded anything on the internet, please take the
survey, because I am trying to find what deters people from
downloading pirated materials. I am trying to prove that certain
industries can actually benefit from piracy in the long-run while some
are greatly hurt by piracy, such as the music industry. I am trying to
prove that the software industry which has claimed to lose profits of
nearly $12 billion a year, have companies that have had the largest
growth rates of any businesses to date (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe,
Etc...).

Pirated materials are any materials which have copyrights attached to
them. These materials include MP3s, Movies, Software, Games, Etc...

Just go to my home page by clicking on the link provide which has a
link that will take you to the survey. There is no personal
information collected. The survey page asks for your first name but
you can just skip it if you don't or just put a fake name. I am not
interested in any personal information and all information collected
is for research purposes only. The survey should only take about 5-10
minutes.
