I rather like the images, but do not know why you don't consider them
"surrealist." It strikes me that such extensions of what is perceivable
of reality is precisely what surrealism is about. The images are
magnificent in themselves and interesting from a surrealist perspective,
in that thet both question the small spectrum of what man is capable of
sensing, and extend that spectrum.

The images are not only magnificent, but also the essence of
surrealist methodology.
"In as much as surrealism is a modality for communicating mental
complexes that are difficult or impossible to communicate by so-called
conventional means then the artist must develop an alternative
technique for communicating this matter."
Whether "surrealist" or not is a matter of means or ends. The means
are certainly surreal, the ends are scientific. But does this
theoretical hair splitting matter?
Not to me... Breaking down the arbitrary barriers placed between things
is a goal to which I aspire. These images massage my imagination. What
more can you ask of an image?

Probably because I have an extremely poor understanding of
what is "surrealist". ;-)
#Paul, not the saviour of surrealism.
I've used linux for a while, but I'm not sure I'd call myself
"the linux dood". And since I haven't tried kpovmodeler, most
likely you have mistaken me for someone else -- why is it you
think I might be this linux dood person?

If only certain others could be as honest.
