Militiaman Kurotchkin was sitting on a boulder, looking at his

An hour later, in Chelyabinsk military airport, the bodies were
put on big Tupolev plane, and flown to Moscow.

People in the village were shaking their heads, not being able
to understand what had happened to nine young students, who
arrived a few days ago. They were from different Universities;
some from Leningrad, some from Moscow and some from Kiev

Militiaman Kurotchkin gathered the villagers and said in his
official voice, ? I do not want you comrades to talk or even
think about it,

He did not have to repeat it twice. They knew that they must not,
if the authority said so. Next morning a military GAZ came with
two plain clothed men and asked for Odzhorkidze. They put him in

forehead. What nonsense, why would anybody shoot the tractorist?

After that, the life in the little village returned to normal
and no other tragic events happened. The soldiers left after
burning all the grass around the former student camp with
flamethrowers

Residents in the remote village of Chelyabinsk, Russia, were
interviewed on national TV about a UFO they'd witnessed recently.
The footage does show a circular, unidentified flying object
ringed by flashing lights which doesn't look like any known
aircraft.

The remoteness of the area makes the possibility of some kind of
private advertising service, or sky writing, unlikely. What is
the object which has the citizens of the village too scared to
sleep at night?

In the TV news piece, naturally in Russian, it's clear what the
witnesses are saying to the reporter, even without translation.
A news crew films the area in which the UFO was flying at night
and shows that, in the daylight, it's obviously a frozen
wilderness and not any kind of an airfield

The Media is reporting this to be a meteorite in Russia but from
the videos online it looks much more like a missile to me. First
it was not spotted from space. Seconded the contrail put out so
much smoke in a corkscrew pattern as if to be a solid rocket
motor. Third it was not going 39,000 mph maybe 700 mph max.
Fourth the explosion sound came after it went by not when it
broke the sound barrier. " Witnesses described the initial
explosion as being so loud that it seemed like an earthquake and
thunderbolt had struck at exactly the same time." Once the
immediate danger had passed, residents of Chelyabinsk reported
"huge trails of smoke across the sky". According to this RT
report, cell phones stopped working in the area. The fireball's
electrical discharge might have produced an EMP-like
(electromagnetic) effect on the area, shutting down
communications. Witnesses in Chelyabinsk itself said that the
air smelled like gunpowder after the object hit.

"The white light from the missile cannot be generated by other
objects.

Reason: Normal burning causes red glow max. To get other colours
that are indicators of more energy (higher temp) more oxygen is
required. Only solid rocket fuel and other oxygen generating
engines can produce such effects. So it must have been a missile
on this evidence alone.

Double check all I said with meteor and missile experts.

This, each piece of evidence I have just given you, is
indisputable and non-ambiguous ie it is conclusive of one fact:
it was a missile.

Also, it had a corkscrew trail. A corkscrew trail is only
possible with missiles..."

Ray rounded the asteroid and slid into a small clearing. Ahead
of them, they could see the Manta Ray swooping from asteroid to
asteroid as the giant cruiser maneuvered through the rocks to
get a clear shot. It expended several shots of their weapons
destroying large debris that impeded its progress. As the Sting
Ray skirted around another asteroid, they came up underneath the
cruier. "Fire!" Gannon yelled.

The specialist panicked. "Sir! They're targeting the asteroid!"

"Whoa!" Gannon yelled, kicking up the speed again. "Time to find
a new home." The Sting Ray sped away as the Jem'Hadar cruiser
fired at the asteroid, pulvarizing it with a single shot. The
concussion rocked the Corvette as it slid around another
asteroid.

"Now they're targeting this one!" the specialist panicked.

"Calm down!" Gannon yelled. "These guys just don't play fair."
He turned the Corvette downwards as the asteroid exploded behind
them, rocking the ship again. This time, however, another purple
beam rocketed past their front window, impacting a large rock
just above them, shattering it. The explosion sent two large
chunks into their direction, causing Gannon to hit the side
thrusters to avoid one rock and slide around the second rock.
"We need to find a rock they can't shoot," he said rhetorically
as he looked around. "What's the status of the Manta Ray?"

"Not bad," Gannon replied, nodding. "Are they firing behind them
any more?"

The corporal looked out the top window as Gannon maneuvered the
Sting Ray under the planetoid further. "Doesn't look like it,"

"Well, that means either the Manta Ray was destroyed, or they
got away," he said almost to himself. "Let's hope for the latter."
He took a deep breath as he moved his ship around the planetoid,
keeping it between them and the cruiser. "In the meantime, load
the phasers again. I might be able to get you a couple more
shots."

carried advertisements for how-to books on dueling.

Spain, France, Britain, Ireland, Russia, Germany and the rest of
the Christianized world had their own longstanding traditions of
settling insults to honor through personal combat ? and no
gentle Galilean stood in their way. England tried to ban dueling
in 1712 and failed. Napoleon had suppressed dueling in France,
but the clerical-royalists restored it. In the US, perhaps the
most famous duel was on July 11, 1804, when Aaron Burr shot

Dueling was not just about blood for honor. This particular duel

of St. Petersburg, died from his wounds two days later. It was

Following the recent meteor that hit the Earth's atmosphere over
Russia in the Ural mountains region, strange reports have been
emanating from the area about cats.

Scientists have now traced the origin of the Ural mountain
meteor back to coming from the direction of the sun, so that is
the reason that it was not seen by anyone.

But one of the stronger stories from the meteor event was about
cats in the region. A local from the area reported that his pet
cat had become mesmerised by the piece of rock that he had
collected. The cat reportedly would sit and stare at the piece
of meteor for hours on end and then suddenly just get up and
walk, with eyes closed, in a clockwise circle three times. Once
the local's story got out, it wasn't long before the story was
collaborated by other pet owners in the region, all reporting

shelter and placed in a controlled room with a piece of the rock.

My neighbors and I saw it approximately 9pm, 30th April 2011 in
Bahrain. I just thought it was a huge shooting star at first,
but then my neighbors said it had to be a meteor. It was
traveling horizontally in an easterly direction and quite slow,
so there was enough time to see it properly. It looked like a
bright white fireball which had a tail and it eventually
disintegrated and disappeared. We had never seen anything like
