A friend passed this along to me. Thought I'd share. She said she
found the information on the AGO (Art Gallery of Ontario) site, which is
at http://www.ago.on.ca

> Dreaming with Open Eyes

> Art from the Israel Museum
>
> Coming Soon: June 14 to September 8, 2002
> In 1998, the Israel Museum received a gift of the Vera, Silvia and
> Arturo Schwarz Collection of Dada and Surrealism, including more than
> 700 artworks assembled by the poet, art historian, collector, scholar
> and dealer. The Israel Museum has organized a selection of the gift -
> more than 200 works - to be shown in a travelling exhibition that
> represents the full range of media: painting, sculpture, objects,
> drawing, prints, collages, photographs, artist’s books, and other
> publications and ephemera representing the work of such artists as
> Marcel Duchamp, Man Ray and Max Ernst.
>
> The Schwarz collection includes major figures of the Dada and
> Surrealist movements, as well as the artists whose work has since been
> influenced by its spirit. All the artists in the collection
> participated in at least one of the Surrealist exhibitions supervised
> or organized by André Breton. The exhibition is organized by the
> Israel Museum, Jerusalem.
