You're effectively killing this newsgroup by posting all this shit. In
fact, you're actually making the argument for a web-based newsgroup.
Frustrating and dull.
Do I have to killfile you again?
but you're killing it with spam, sam.

why? you're going on 40, flailing your arms wildly, spamming and
tossing threats. we'll let your isp (and webhost) decide who's rights
are being violated. in the meantime you can just chill the hell out in
my killfile, assclown.
I dropped them a note as well, letting them know Keith's gone off the
deep end again.
Keith wrote me the following in email:

First, I have the right to post as you do and everyone else, plus I am a
Surrealist and Surrealist Artist. I am promoting my own website , which
in turn promotes Surrealism. Since alt.surrealism is a Surrealist
Newsgroup, I am in my Legal right to post as many times on there,as you
are. I do not have any issue or problem with you but since you bring it
upon yourself to report me, then I will do the same by reporting you.
Can't You agree that You have posted OFFENSIVE and SEXUAL Content within
this newsgroup, Oh yes you have SIR, and I can prove it! Surrealism is
what I am all about and whether you like me or not, I cannot change
that, but I can take corrective measures just like you can and report
you as well by dropping a note to Usenet regarding your offensive posts
as well. Hopefully You will see that I am a Fair Person and I am in my
legal right to exercise my right of free speech. You are not a cop nor a
person to JUDGE me SIR, I have rights. Keith
Wigdor/Surrealist/Surrealist Artist

Keith: I don't care what you have to say. But by all means, say it.
But when you post fifty messages a day, each with nothing but your URL
in it, you're not saying anything -- you're jamming the airwaves.
If you were at a party, and you had something to say, I would let you
say it. But if you stood on top of a table and yelled at the top of
your lungs, and wouldn't stop, effectively making it so no one else can
speak, I would do my darndest to get you thrown out of the party. Why?
Because such behaviour ruins the party. That's what you're doing to
alt.surrealism.
This isn't a case of censorship. This is a case of tact, etiquette, and
politeness. Your behaviour is ruining this space. Can you understand
how you're doing this?
I don't care if some guy named Monk hurt your feelings -- that's no
excuse for behaving the way you're behaving. He's not jamming this
newsgroup with endless, repetitive posts. You are.
I suspect you're somewhat crazy -- that doesn't bother me. I enjoy
crazy. But being crazy doesn't mean you have to be a boor.
All well and good Nik, BUT you should have realized by now that it is
Keith's point to "ruin alt.surrealism" so your pointing it out to him,
as if it were an unconscious side effect of some other aim is only to -
inevitably - praise him for his success.
But it would be difficult to "ruin" alt.surrealism since it never really
amounted to much at any rate. This is what Keith DOESN'T appear to
recognize: that his attacks on this newsgroup are without effect vis a
vis surrealism itself, which has always went on quite well outside this
muddy little watering hole. We have in fact decoyed him quite amazingly,
although it would have been impossible without his willing stupidity and
lack of simple comprehension.
You're welcome to him.
dmh
I don't think it is his aim to ruin alt.surrealism. I think Keith
genuinely thinks he's "doing the right thing" by shrieking at the top of
his lungs. He's not all there. None of us are all there, mind you --
but larger pieces of Keith seem to be missing than pieces of the rest of us.
> But it would be difficult to "ruin" alt.surrealism since it never really
> amounted to much at any rate.
Perhaps. But whose fault is that? Certainly not Keith's. Collective
blame for collective failure.

I find it a little too convenient for you that a forum you've spent
years playing in is suddenly your "decoy", like you planned it that way
all along. Your tendency to point out how smart you are, after the
fact, is always depressing. Things that happened at random are now
suddenly amazing strategic decisions on your part. I don't buy it.
You're just not that conniving.
> You're welcome to him.
Note that he's gone again, and I'm guessing his feelings are genuinely
hurt -- how could we all fail to recognize that his posting 50 identical
messages in one day is his defense of surrealism?
I don't know about you, but even while encounters with people like Keith
are irritating, they are also fascinating. Look at all the energy and
time he devoted to all of this. His dedication to gibberish is
disturbing and impressive. And note how, when things get gritty, he
writes me an email without using a single exclamation mark.
Who is this guy? How does he support himself? Is he as bizarre in
person as he is here? Does anyone love him, or is he all alone? Does
he have a job? Where does he live? What does he do when he's not
posting here?
Do these questions occur to you, Dale? Do they strike you as
interesting questions?
I don't believe it's an act. But even if it is all an act -- LET THE
WORLD KNOW YOU'RE ALIVE!!!!!!! -- his ability to keep up the act for
months says something about who he really is.
Anyway, I have to go get ready for work now. Bah.

Yes and no - but the main point is Nik's incredulous dopery on the
"Keith Crisis" which should come as no surprise, since he revealed his
inability to put aside tired Pavlovian name-reflexes even when the issue
was censorship, something he stated he cares about strongly. He
continued to support the likes of maggot and wiggy - even though the
evidence of their involvement on censorship was clear - simply because
he drools at the sight of the words "Brandon" "Barrett" and "Dale." So
now he's living with All Keith All The Time and he's suddenly got his
back hair up. Who cares? And he continues to reveal a solid lack of
comprehension about the basis of Keith's presence, when he whines that
Keith is ruining the group. It's like telling a Berserker that he's
ruining the village. It would make him happy to know it!

this wigdor assclown has absolutely no understanding about internet
etiquette and posting "protocol". and judging by his rather
mongoloid-esque presentation, he will never have the capacity to. this
boy is truely clueless, and my best gues is that he'll never be
anything *but.
did keithey say that is what he's trying to do? if so, that doesn't
make him anything besides a damn troll.

i think his site got yanked offline becuase of all the abuse
complaints i sent to his webhost and their upstream provider. guess
he's busy trying to find a new place to upload his shitsplats...

Then you are deficient in your history: Keith has made his aim clear,
and I know the history, so - let's face it - you're wrong.

The Afroamers don't allow their own kind to mix with the white folks.
It can result in social stigmata among their own people. It's all gone
reverse of what it was. Wait until you see the black hooded guys riding
souped up all terrain vehicles in hot pursuit of coloreds who have been
seen consorting with whites....
And I was hoping to find a nice black woman so we can meld the races a
little more.... Not much of a chance of that is there ?
We are a little more liberal here in Canada. I actually have a few black
friends and we don't worry about politics down south.
