PVP doctor in North East

Can someone recommend a doctor in north east area who is knowledge in
PVP? I had vasectomy done about 10 years ago since then I have pain in
right testicle area. I have been to about 5 doctors and they all given
me pain medication and antibiotic which did not help that much. Thanks
in advance.

Where exactly in the Northeast? My doc is great, Brad Lerner in
Baltimore.
