Unfortunately, after masturbating a 4th time (isn't 4 an unlucky number in
Japan?) there was very little ejaculate and also felt as if it was trying to
pull for non-existent resources (i.e.. when you're 17, in your prime, and
you masturbate for the like 5th time that day, and it's a little sore and
there ain't much commin' out). To my horror, there was small amounts of
blood in the semen! The next day (today) I feel an ache that's come back
that went from right about the pubic hair line above the penis and seems to
have migrated back down to the testis and is a mild but certainly
significant ache (like "blueballs").
I'm wondering if this feeling and return of mild pain is normal, will
probably re-occur, and perhaps if I overworked things. I masturbated once
each day for 3 days starting at the beginning of the 3rd week and all was
well until the evil 4th time which after 24 hours is still quite
uncomfortable. Anyone have any idea how long this pain will linger? I
think the ejaculate discoloration is somewhat normal for a month or so after
post-op-vasectomies occasionally, and nothing to worry about. It feels as
if, like I said before, the plumbing has tried to pull out more than was
there. I'd rate the ache as a 3 on a 1-10 pain scale, and hasn't diminished
or changed in a day.
Any info would be GREATLY appreciated, as since most FAQs and online info
tends to say that you'll be at 100% after like 3 days but it took me a
little over 2 weeks to feel no pain, and almost 3 for the incision to begin
to really stop oozing clear fluid and actually heal. Am I just rushing
things?

Congratulations. Glad you are no longer waking up with ooze all over
your balls. (*That* was an image I had to block!)

I have heard too that some blood in semen is not unusual after vas.
I'm not sure how long it lasts. The post ejac. pain, and the dry
ejac. seems unusual. I was back to daily ejacs. pretty soon after the
vas. and didn't have any experience like yours. But then, this was my
pre-vas. routine. I'm not sure what you were used to. (The fact you
waited three weeks before trying suggests you didn't do it daily
before, but I may be jumping to conclusions.) Maybe you should give
it a rest, then see what happens. Maybe after three weeks of no
ejac., your system just got out of practice, and couldn't make the
additional stuff fast enough when you started doing it daily?

How are things today? If the pain or dry ejac. continues I'd go see
the doctor. It doesn't sound like the usual experience after
vas--certainly not like mine. Keep us posted.
