I found these messages in another forum.
I am convinced that this problem is more common than the doctors are
willing to admit.
Regardless I will be consulting with a lawyer to see if I have a case
regarding mal practice since the doctor told me nothing about a
possible risk of changing my sexual function.

I can Empathize with you, After my Vas I had told the Dr. that the
feel of my orgasm had changed and that the volume of
the ejaculate had decrease a lot, he told me it was all in my head. It
wasn't.
Can't say why your sex drive is down unless your testosterone levels
have dropped. You can have the levels checked to
see if they are low.

I had a loss of sensation in addition to PVP. Things felt good
again after a reversal! First 'experience' after the reversal was
pretty amazing!

Probably he should have. There is at least one article--in a journal
of pyschosomatic medicine--that mentions this.
