Is this for real???? Here I thought (and I was just recently at a conference about it) that TS+
referred to those persons with TS who had associated disorders such as ADHD, OCD, etc.
Nowhere did I hear any reference to neurotic parents being at the heart of this diagnosis....just
what we need, some more parent-bashing! JCS

The original poster posting as "World Tourette Society" is Bradley L.
Jesness of Hopkins MN, July 1997 Kook of the Month, and holder of
numerous other net kook awards.
And the helpful "re-poster" "Z. H. Richardson" is ALSO another alias
for Bradley L. Jesness of Hopkins MN.
Please ignore Brad in all his glorious and lame aliases.
Brad: if you continue upsetting parents with your attempts to
confuse and "parent bash" you may discover that I will post
instructions in alt.support.tourette as to how irate or upset members
of the public can file ethical grievances against you with the
American Psychological Association.
I am NOT playing games, Brad. Leave these people alone.

Could someone please post the site again that tells the history of this Brad
character so the new people can understand what is going on and thereby avoid
getting drug into Brad's games?? I don't have the site address myself.

Go to http://www.wharton.demon.co.uk/ and read the FAQ on him. Then
skim the Killfile list showing over 350 aliases and realize that it
hasn't been updated for the week. Right now, his most frequent
remailers are Wazoo, netsgo.com, and replay.com, but he's also using
cyberpass.net and some other ones.
Just so you know: he's posted to ast in the past, using screen
aliases. Always in an attempt to harass me, and never caring how
many parents or others he may upset who don't know and might take his
posts to heart.
And for those who don't read other newsgroups, please be aware that
Brad has now publicly threatened to get me thrown out of the APA for
making accusations about him, etc. To which I intelligently respond:
<snort>
I'm just sorry that Brad can't keep his hatred and obsession with me
out of this newsgroup, but as "old-timers" here will tell you, we go
through this periodically with him.
Follow-ups set *out* of a.s.t. and to newsgroups where Brad's net
kookery is on-topic.
