I have noticed that in the past when my jaw gets good support and a good
nights rest the tinnitus is reduced considerably.
Thanks in advance,

support your neck with a large wrapped towel...
Now, on your back sleeping is a different mechanical structure and this may
apply better. A sleeping technique/habit needs to be developed by each
person to remove the extra height when changing from his/her side to back
sleeping position. This can be accomplished with two well sized and firmness
pillows, two for the side positions and one for the back.
Above all, muscle flexibility helps tolerate a lot of transgressions against
one's body. This takes a correct diet, ensuring pH and mineral balances,
exercises and healthy mental attitude. Blufo does his/her best to correct
any hope newcomers have of maintaining the latter aspect. This keep the
group healthy with lots of input.

a he to a she.
