I found a very interesting book on exercises to increase one's height.
Most of the exercises are based on spine strechting. I tried it for a
while and so far (after six weeks) I'm 1/2 inch taller. On top of that ,
there is an amazing feeling of well being as a result of spine decompression
The book is based on the premise that every human being has a potential
for increasing his or her height up to one or two inches beyond the natural
height. I wonder if anyone has ever heard of this.

What's the name of the book and the author? (Not that I need to be
any taller, but it might be fun to read).
I also know that we tend to be taller in the morning compared to the
afternoon, because the body streches during the night when we are laying
horisontally. The difference is usually between 0.5 - 1.5 cm (1/4 -
1/2").

What's the title of the book and the author? Although at 6'6" I don't want to
be any taller, I am interested in the feeling of well being from spine
decompression.

Being a norwegian I'm not very tall, so it is seldom I get this
question, but since you incist: I am 192 cm (6'3.75") tall and my weight
is 82 kg.

Hey, the book worked for me. I was 5'8" before the book, and almost 6'
while standing on it.

I also know during one of the longest space shuttle trips, the tallest
member of the crew grew one inch, because of the zero gravity. He was
190 cm (ca. 6'3") and became 192.5 (ca. 6'4"). He actually started to
get problems to climb into his space suit.

Perhaps if you bought an Encyclopedia you could join the NBA!

Perhaps you didn't read an earlier post of mine. When I went to college
I got a scholarship to play basketball at UCLA. I lied about my height
and weight. Years later when I was ready to graduate I told them the
truth, that I was only 5'8" and weighed 125.

Take care....Joel
