Prozac and Valium

I'm also taking Prozac and Valium, taking valium really does help me out
with anxiety. I no longer have the feeling that I'm going insane.

What are the doses that you are taking? I would like to know as I have got
to go to my shrink next week and even thought my Prozac has increased to
60Mg a day the anxiety hasn't decreased much and I don't think that Prozac
on its own is going to help me. I did find that diazepam and Prozac made me
feel "normal" but my shrink is not happy to put me on Diazepam

I have gone on Zopiclone - it knocks you out brilliantly and is supposed to
be easier to come off than diazepam. Ask the doc about it.

I have just been to the shrink and the prozac is down to 40mg and he has
but me on a ramped dosage up to 30mg a day of Buspar. I said that it isn't
addictive but the info that I have found has said that there in no evidence
of this at the moment. If this doesn't work then he wants me to go on
Diazepam!. Stuck between a rock and a hard place!!
