Just a reminder that AS3 has a new venue online at:

Pick a user name (you can be as anonymous as you wish), a password and

Towards the top of the page, just below where you'd sign in if you're
alredy registered is a row of links that starts with Home. The last
link in that row is Register. that's what you click on.
the rest of the process is pretty well explained as you go along.
You writ n whatever user name you want to be known by. Use the same one
you use here if you want. Choose your own password, most have both
upper and lower case letters and numbers, but other than that is your
choice.
You don't have to put in any personal info, but can on your profile IF
YOU CHOOSE TO.
Once you've registered an email will be sent to you. You have to reply
to that email to activate your registrations so be sure use a valid
address.
