Actually, Chris, I think this is a fine idea you have put forth. Some years ago when I was waiting tables at a restaurant in Queens, two new cooks were hired, one from Ecuador and the other from Columbia. Both were VERY new to the States and their English was, well, crappy. I had taken Spanish for seven years so I was able to converse with them well enough - they were both delightful! Wwhen they asked me my name, I told them it was "Your Majesty". Both of them called me "Your Majesty" for nearly a month, until someone a little more bi-lingual than me came along and told them they'd been had. (I won't go into what they called me after that but I can assure you, it wasn't Jennifer.....) :o)
