Not really anyone around to congratulate you but you certainly deserve
a hearty slap on the back. 10 months is awesome!!! I really wish you
would make the effort to transition to the web AS3. It saddens me to
see you post this milestone and get no responses when you really
deserve them.

Well Done, Mastic, old bean.

You will be an Old Fogey before you know it.

Excellent achievement and you deserve a big round of applause.

Huge congratulations on your 10 months quit. It will continue to get
easier and easier. Won't be long before you will hit the tubs!

Well done. I quit for 5 years and remember starting to feel pretty
comfortable after 6 months. After a year, not smoking was so normal that
I simply never thought about cigarettes unless there was some reminder,
such as seeing somebody else smoke. Then I'd be like, "Ha, smoking -- I
forgot I used to do that!"

But never forget why you quit - I did and consequently I'm quitting all
over again, although thankfully it's been pretty easy so far.

John - 11 weeks quit or something like that.

Well done - it feels great doesn't it? Its really hard to quit but so easy to fall back into the trap and start again. Have a look at this presentation, some really shocking and hard hitting facts about smoking. Its a wonder that with all this information and education surrounding the topic that the youth of today start smoking in the first place...
