If you are interested in quitting smoking, don't want to post
or are unable to post, or are just plain too shy to post,
please email Tammy (that's me!) at tdmc...@ucdavis.edu.
I will forward your mail directly to our highly motivated
AND motivating group of volunteers who have agreed to
provide direct email support to quitters who may need it.
It doesn't matter if you simply are new at quitting, or
just reading and unable to post. The volunteer has some
"quit time" in, and is a regular participant in AS3 who could help you
get started or just offer you general encouragement, information and
support for your quit.
Hope this helps....Maggie
