Stopping in to say hi and thanks for all the years of freedom. This
group was very important to my quit (under a different email
address).

It has been Nine years, 12 hours, 25 minutes and 17 seconds since I
quit.
That means there are 98625 cigarettes not smoked, saving $26,382.33
(at the current price of $5.35 a pack) or $12,328.18 (at $2.50/pack in
the bad ol' days).
Life saved: 48 weeks, 6 days, 10 hours, 45 minutes.

Yeah, it can be done, no it's not easy, (I'm the only one left on the
quit list after all these years) but it's worth it in the money saved
and the freedom from an addiction.

happy Nine years Tom!!
I hope the others were just left off the list because they moved on and
weren't around when they do the check up and not because they are smoking

Thanks for the inspiration, Tom!

Karen - Free and healing for 23 Hours and 40 Minutes, while extending
my life expectancy 1 Hour, by avoiding the use of 14 death sticks that
would have cost me $3.45.

Woo Hoo Tom! Nine years is wonderful! Thanks for sharing it with us!
Do sit back now and enjoy as The Original Yodeling Gnomes head your
way along with Horace, the Huffing Hogg, to sing songs of smobriety to
help you celebrate your final year as an OOF!
