Elise.
We do *understand* what you're going through. Have you seen your doctor about
it? You should; you have a mental *illness,* after all. Please tell us more
about what you have tried to do to help yourself.

I don't hate you and don't think you are unlovable.

I see a lot of "me" in your post....I'm still kinda living in a denial kinda
state, but I have read a lot on there that gives me hope. Please, don't
give up & try to be hopeful!!!

Hugs again!!!

Hi Elise
Maybe you should think about taking a light schedule : ) Sometimes these things
are best tackled in *baby steps*.

Husband has basicly been home
>the
>entire summer with no work. Either things pick up next month or it’s
>bankruptcy time.

I can understand that, but my situation is I'm working my ass off and getting
no where real fast!

> What the hell I am doing here I don’t >know. Complaining
>about things doesn’t help. Denial only works for a limited time. Sooner or

Sometimes venting helps : )

<<read and snipped>>

Elise, have you seen a doctor? It sounds to me that you have some serious
depression goin on along with your SP. There is help out there, you just have
to take the first step.
