You could be putting yourself at serious risk by what you are doing.
Epidermal absorption of hydrocarbon compounds found in such things as
gasoline, turpentine, oil, and other petroleum derivatives have been
proven to be cancerous. Spraying WD-40 on open psorriatic patches or
even regularly on intact skin, and possible internalization of it's
constituents into the bloodstream, could be putting you on a path to
medical disaster.
Consider that any pharmaceutical skin cream must undergo rigorous testing
and FDA approval due to the possible health ramifications of absorption.
To my knowledge, WD-40 is not an FDA-approved drug.
Sorry to rain on your parade. I'm not a doctor, but am in the field of
biochemistry, and know enough about the effects of chemical agents on DNA
mutation and the serious, irreversible problems that can result, that
your letter is, frankly, scary. I'd mention this to a dermatologist and
get a professional opinion.
I would not recommend this "treatment" to anyone.

Well, maybe he should be struck off. As I said before, the company that
sells the stuff strongly advises against topical application of WD-40.
