Glad to hear you, at least, are getting some sunshine with benefits. Our
UVB here is almost non-existent this time in the year.
Was that Junior Seau you were referring to?. It is strange that so many of
the Chargers have died early. I did a "Google" and found one of our uk
newspapers referred to it. A reply at the bottom of the article made an
interesting suggestion as to why it could have happened. I know lots of
boxers also suffer from depression due to head damage.

We have better weather in Scotland than England at present. They have
floods and a drought at the same time with hosepipe bans etc. All to do
with rain at the wrong time of year not reaching the reservoirs apparently.
It is very sunny but cold here today.
My P is no worse (only arms) but my terrier is recovering from getting a
piece of glass in his pads in the park. The odd thing is that the vet,
having taken it out, phoned me to ask if she could take an X-ray to confirm
it was all out, (£100 extra)! I had to say yes of course but ten minutes
later bought a "Scratch" lottery card from Tesco supermarket and won £100!!
Karma or what?
I got a new computer and forgot to put in my old name for newsgroups.

Suicide is also ... WHY, why, why... from the news people 24/7?
The head trauma being a FALL back position. As what else was there?
He had a pretty young LADY friend who liked to go to the GYM and
exercise
the same as him...
So with money and friends and kids he HAD it ALL.
More then ALL?
Junior had problems with substance abuse.
Did alcohol and my nemesis ASPARTAME play a ROLE?
Who knows at this point.
But let's say he did consume a few grams a day of aspartame in
whey protein powder from COSTCO or where he shopped?
And say he drank only soft drinks with aspartame or one of those
artificial sugars?
Then with alcohol he might have been fighting his impulse to END
his misery for a LONG time.
Certainly head concussions would have added to this syndrome.
I'm ran four trials with aspartame since i noticed it's ILL effects
on a person (me) with a definite LEAKY GUT.
And in short order i'm affected by as little as one gram a day of
aspartame.
While i would have laughed it OFF prior to self realizations..
It's NO laughing matter to me NOW.
I can only imagine how many people's lives have been damaged
or destroyed.
There needs to be more transparency ?
As most people HAVE no problems the problem are the people
who do.....

Very pretty.. not much to sniff at. But have some REDs that are
xlnt in that arena.
Oh almost forgot i'm eating black berries in my shakes ALREADY.
That crop is about half of last years i'm guessing as the
first ripe fruits are just starting.

One brother has it but doesn't like to gamble much.

A distressed old lady walks into the vets with a limp duck under her
arm.
She takes the duck to the vet nervously who dutifully checks it over.
"I'm very sorry... there's no real way to tell you this, but I'm
sorry, your duck is dead"
"it can't be" the distressed lady objects "it was flapping around so
happily this morning... I need a second opinion; perhaps you're not
versed in ducks"
The vet explains he is a duck expert, but looks to console the old
lady. He opens a small door and out comes a black labrador. The lab
goes up to the duck, gives it a sniff over, shakes its head and gives
out an apologetic bark. The vet remarks, but he can see the old lady
is still unconvinced. The vet opens another small door and a small cat
emerges. The cat goes up to the duck, sniffs it over- beak to tail,
tail to beak, looks up at the vet, shakes its head and gives a demure
miow.
The vet turns to the old lady: "I didn't want to say this to you, but
I am very sorry; your duck is dead."
The old women seems to have gained some closure by this. Saddened, she
turns to the vert: "*sniff* Ok, how much do I owe you?"
"That'll be £300"
"£300?? Just to tell me my duck is dead?!"
"I'm very sorry my dear. Had it just been me, it would only have been
£30, but with the cat scan and the lab report, it all adds up"

So exercise and sunshine ain't a BAD DEAL on a usual MAY GRAY day
in not so sunny (this time of year) southern California.
