I have slightly low white blood cell count but he says it's not low enough
to be concerned and that some people do run low. Well, my blood pressure is
low and my potassium is low so what's another low thing?
He took me off the Plaquenil because of the eye damage it can cause and
because the scleroderma *is* stabilized. He said that most of the damage
scleroderma does is in the early days and since I was diagnosed over 10
years ago he didn't see the need.
I was there for over an hour, actually with the doctor. I felt it was a very
productive day.

As always Nell, I wish you and all who visit this newsgroup a
continuing and everlasting condition of better health. Thankfully,
aside from a few inches of snow from time to time, the winter here in
Massachusetts has given us fairly warmer temps. This is a Godsend for
those of us who suffer the 'R word' in CREST.

That "R" gets me too. For some reason my left ring finger gets it the worst
and takes longest to come back.
No snow currently in the forecast here in northern Iowa, just the stuff
already on the ground. The temps are slowly getting warmer. I try to be
faithful about wearing mittens.
Cheers to you and all too. :)
