I entered "buy Spiriva" at the Google web search and got many companies
that offer it online at a considerable discount.

I am writing from Spain, where these things are free. I have severe
COPD, and I use Spiriva, but I do not think it is as good as Symbicort.
(I know that they are not exactly for the same purpose)

if I forget to take Spiriva, nothing happens. And recently I took it
twice in a row, and nothing happened. but if I forget to take
Symbicort, as sometimes happens, things turn really sour. Symbicort is
also expensive, but it is a combination of two older drugs, so that
maybe it is possible to find a cheap equivalent.
