I got flowmax (in Germany tamsulosin) from February 2009 to May 2009
to ease urination for I have a benign prostatic hyperplasia. Side
effects occurred such as stuffy nose and - most annoying - an allergic
reaction, including an unexplained skin rash, itching, hives at the
buttocks. The last side effect is very seldom. It has persisted since
May and leads to the question how long can Tamsulosin components
remain in your body until they are gone?
My dermatologists thinks that these components can only exist in your
body fourteen days after you have stopped tamsulosin medication. I
think of a longer period.
Do you have any experience with tamsulosin side effects and their
duration? I appreciate every answer to my problem.

The only side effect Flomax ever had on me was retro ejaculation.
