If you won't be flying in from Baltimore or Washington DC, and therefore
can't take advantage of these great deals, there's still good news. Just
like last time, Cleveland Travel will donate 50% of their commissions
back to PCOSA! They will guarantee the lowest airfare (with the
exception of Southwest). Anyone wanting to compare Southwest fares to
