Work with a person who appears to have ODD...

I am the management figure in a team of software developers, and one of
my team strongly exhibits the symptoms of ODD, but all of the
documentation I can find online related to this behavior is slanted
heavily toward parents of ODD children.

Does anyone know of any resources that I might dig into to figure out
how to more effectively work with this individual? Does anyone have
any tips that could be posted here on working with individuals
expressing the typical ODD symptoms?
