Are you doing any behavioural therapy?
OCD is an anxiety disorder. Like other anxiety disorders, often the most
effective policy is to 'feel the fear'. So maybe the way to go is not to
combat the unwelcome thoughts, but to embrace them. Not best undertaken
as a DIY thing. Better with an experienced practitioner or some sort of
supervision, whether it's a counsellor or whatever. It's very unusual
for people with OCD to act on their thoughts, but having said that,
seeking and getting reassurances can be counter-productive.
