It's winter in OHIO, and the gentle breezes blow, 70 miles per hour and 52
below! Oh how I love OHIO, when the snow's up to your butt, you take a
breath
of winter air, and your nose it freezes shut. Yes the weather here is
wonderful, so I guess I'll stick around, but I could never leave OHIO
cause I'm frozen to the ground.

I would NOT miss the 4 seasons; I know that for a fact. I fell yesterday
crossing the glacier in the back yard to feed the horses & tore my knee up.
So, I just got these things at Wal-Mart called Get-A-Grip; they're little
rubber thingies that attach to the bottom of your shoes with teeny titanium
spikes. They are awesome! You can actually RUN on a sheet of ice & not slip!
Since I don't expect this glacier to melt until June, I'm sure I'll still
get a lot of use out of them.
