What do you do when having such weather as whatever it is you are having?

Today I watched tv and did a few things in the house, and cleaned cat pans
and sorted a few bags and boxes ad did disehs and a bit of laundry, early
in the mornign -so dryer woudl nto kill me in this heat! Managed to nap a
few hours in afternoon. ''qwashed'' a few cats, i.e. wet my hands and ^pat
them to remove exc ess dead hair. Also could getto remove more knots
(scisors) from Courage,s tummy. He actually came to ask me to, as he does
after it huirts when two spots of knotted haiors end up forming a tie
between them, where it pulls each tiem he moves and hurts. After a few
days he gives up on his efar, the pulling bugging him more than the fear.

Yesterday I did a lil bit of drawing then acrylic painting and cleaned cat
boxes. Hardly slept all night these last 5 days or more...and managed to
remove some more chuncks of entangled hair from Grey Fluff. Could do
better today though after he witnessed Courage going through it and not
growling or anything:)

The day before, I read...Cleaned cat pans, did dishes, yadee yada, but
mostly read.

First day off, Thuirsday, I starred at walls like a zombie...dead tired,
but unable to sleep or nap.

I clean house and do a little computer games. Sometimes when it cools off
in the late afternoon I take the kids out to walk around the block. We feed
the squirrells and the birds.

I hope so, but I really don't know. I have not seen him in a long time. It
turns out that he was with the guy on the other side of who I thought he
said he was with. And that guy was put in jail for forcing his "attentions"
on some guy he brought home with him. About midnight one night, we woke up
to see flashing police car lights at the guys house. Turns out he tried
something with a guy he brought home and the guy was having none of it so
there was a huge fight. Both of them went to jail. So the squirrel shooting
fellow has had no one to come stay with.

Sounds like a super comforting thing in grey weather....
Unfortunately, I never liked hot chocolate....
I know,I know, I am the one that is not ''normal''
But for some reason, I never end up doing anything like anyone else....:(
Wsh I liked it because being allergic to cityrus makes so many beverages
be out of question....But I also do not like milk at all, only have a bit
in coffee....

Hmm...Sounds like two ex convicts... continuin the prison lifestyle once
out....Else why woudl they have thrown the ''victim'' in jail too...?

Blessing it is that they were moved from your neighborhood.

Maybe the thi8rd one will then nwo have a chance to make it better without
his two buddies, and turn hs ways around.....
I.e. not be so cruel and mean and find more civilized hobbies to show his
kid(s)...

I can only stare at the walls for a few minutes, before getting
too bored.

Play way too much with the computer, listen to my scanner (if
there is not too much lightning), strum on my guitar, re-watch
VHS or DVD movies, and if I get really bored; start mixing
different food together (not really cooking; more of the "I
wonder how this would taste with that?")

...although sometimes I wonder if mixing some foods together
might be toxic? And I am sure some things would probably taste
really bad together, but one might be surprised.

This is probably how Turtles (chocolate with caramel, peanuts and behive
syrup a bit, etc), was found, like many many recipes. Must say when I do
this, it tends to turn out awful.

Once, though, mixing envelopes with ketchup and a few other things,
without even realizing it, I had made for a hamburger sauce the real copy
of the Big Mac sauce. Kiddo and exie's kid noticed immediately, and by
George they were absolutely right! Unfortunately all I can remember is
that I ahd bought a knor or soemthing liek that 'tartar' sauce powder
mixture, had mixed it with ketchup and probably a bit of mayo, though not
sure, because it did not taste like vinegar...so maybe was milk or I dunno
what.

Common here, and becoming more common, ppl go to the store and buy
a "scanner." For police channel calls.

It is legal and allows for a network of citizens who snoop /and sometimes help in law enforcement. Obviously police will talk in code or call person-to-person if something sensitive is in the works. (Like cops-catching-robbers.)

I know, but I just had bought a simple stereo. Not a sanner or anything.
And on that sound system was also an am/fm radio, and it caught police
waves, somehow...

Here, though, I do not think it is legal, if it was at the time I think,
at least in the provinve where I lived. But anyone who would do that was
listening because they wanted warned before the cops got to their place
(to run away, guilty of something). Was not my case. But for them to hear
someone was ''listening'' to cops waves made me suspicious in their eyes.
Yet, it was on a given freuqency that was a real radio station but that
interference somehow would make switch to cops frequency for some reason.

Never heard of those, but probably would mess them up too.
("Smores" is another one that comes to mind)
