A nice looking woman in her 30's smiled a me today as I made my way through
the snow...going to a Xmas lunch with ppl from work. She looked sort of
like Lara Croft with red hair :)) There is a thing like hope. Nah, she
probably has someone already.
But I'm not the only one. I read in the paper lots of singles are having a
tough time now. We make it bearable by thinking that we don't have to see
parents in law. Which is also tiring.
THe days before Xmas are the worst I think. It's not Xmas itsself...I can
enjoy the food and drinks alone. BUt I can't watch this tv show we have
here: 'All you need is love', where they bring people together for
christmas...people who live in far away countries.
I hope my focus on not having a loving woman around dissappears like the
snow that will melt in a few days.
Maybe I will be able to listen to Diana Krall Xmas songs...I will cook
simple meals and have some sparkling wine...until I have to puke from
loneliness.
No romantic movies for me this Xmas...i should download Terminator
something or see Dirty Harry movies...I think that will help get me through
the days.

I´m 31 and haven´t had a non-paid contact with women so far, so I get
the picture. I guess I can´t complain since I haven´t had the balls to
ask a girl out anyway. Christmas doesen´t make it harder for me,
though. Only things that break my balls me about Christmas are: 1) The
non-stop flow of commercials on TV 2) Family dinner the 25th.
All I can say is keep trying. Look up some of the stuff David Dangelo
has written. The guy gives good advice. And check sosuave.com.
