Most drug companies have what is called an indigent drug program, where they will supply you with 1 to 3 months of medicine at a time. You have to pick this up at the doctors.
The doctor will have to fill out a form in most cases, or sometimes doctor and patient.
I don't know if the medications your son uses are covered under these programs, but it's worth a shot. I have some phone numbers and addresses from a book listing most pharmaceutical companies. If you'd like, email me with the makers of your son's medication, and I'll send you their info.
